Brine storage under Cayuga Lake

Cargill, Inc. has applied to the NYS DEC to include brine disposal under Cayuga Lake in their salt mining operating permit.
The Town of Ulysses is requesting additional study and comment on potential impacts to Ulysses residents from room closure or brine leakage.
