1. A LOCAL LAW AMENDING SECTION 174-11 OF THE TOWN CODE REGARDING EXEMPTION TABLE
2. A LOCAL LAW AMENDING CHAPTER 80 OF THE TOWN CODE TO UPDATE REFERENCES TO THE UNIFORM CODE AND ENERGY CODE
At the aforementioned time and place, all interested residents (or their agents/representatives) will be afforded an opportunity to submit written and/or oral comments on either topic. Comments may also be sent in advance to the Town Clerk at 10 Elm St., Trumansburg NY 14886 or via e-mail to clerk@townofulyssesny.gov by 5pm on Feb. 10, 2026.
