NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ZONING LOCAL LAW
 
TAKE NOTICE that after a public hearing held by the Town Board of the Town of Ulysses on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at 10 Elm Street, Trumansburg, New York, the Town Board voted to adopt a local law amending the Town Zoning Code. The Local Law is entitled “A LOCAL LAW REZONING A PORTION OF DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT 3 TO RESIDENTIAL”
 
This local law amends the zoning map of the Town of Ulysses by rezoning the western portion of DD3 to the Residential Zoning District. The affected area is described within the local law.
