BIRTH & DEATH CERTIFICATES
The Town of Ulysses does not maintain birth or death records. The Tompkins County Health Department maintains these records for all its municipalities.
Certificates are also filed with the New York State Department of Health. Vital records registration started in New York State (outside of New York City) in 1881.
