Donation of Land for Recreation

On August 27, 2025, the Town Board voted to accept the donation. Watch Youtube video.
 


At the February 11, 2025 meeting,  the Ulysses Town Board announced a donation offer of 15.234 acres of land (parts of 5150 and 5230 Cold Springs Rd.) with the intent to establish the Town's first publicly owned recreation park.
